We are preparing delivery to European Union destinations. Availability can vary for islands, remote areas and territories. Confirm that your address is supported before ordering. Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and the United Kingdom are outside our planned EU shipping area.

Orders may be fulfilled directly by international supply partners. Delivery estimates depend on the product, warehouse and destination. Please check the estimate for your item before ordering, or contact us if it is not yet available. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery charges and any free-shipping offer must be shown before payment. Shipping rates are still being prepared for the EU launch; please contact us to confirm the cost for your destination before ordering.

When a tracked parcel is dispatched, the dispatch email provides its tracking link. The first carrier scan may take time to appear. If there is no update or the delivery estimate has passed, contact us with your order number.

Items may travel from different supply partners and arrive in separate parcels. Keep each tracking link so you can follow the relevant parcel. A split shipment does not by itself create an additional shipping charge.

Prices are displayed in euros with VAT included. The amount for your selected size or fragrance is shown before you confirm the order. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately.

Import arrangements for our EU launch are still being verified with supply partners. Please contact us before ordering internationally. We will confirm the full delivery and import terms before accepting an order; an unverified duty-free promise is not a confirmed service.

Use a method shown in the checkout for your country and order. Availability depends on the connected payment provider, country and device. We never ask you to send card numbers, security codes or passwords through email, a contact form or chat.
